I am a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling - Provisional, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Certified Canadian Addiction Counsellor, with a specialization in substance use, addiction, grief, and trauma. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I believe that healing is rooted in compassion, self-awareness, and meaningful connection.

My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, grounded in the understanding that each person’s path to wellness is deeply individual. I work collaboratively with clients to define what healing looks like for them, honouring their experiences, values, and strengths.
